How can I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment by either telephone, faxing or email or our details are on our contact us page

What should I do when I first arrive at Holmcroft?

Please leave your dog(s) in your car and report to reception.
Always check with us before bringing your dog into the swimming area – your dog might be wonderful with other dogs but not all dogs are.
Please remember we have injured dogs on the premises that can feel threatened or could be hurt by normal friendly behaviour.
Keep your dog on a lead at all times until a member of staff tells you that it is safe to release.
Always have a collar on your dog. Dogs without collars pose a health and safety risk to members of staff, clients and other dogs.

No food for at least 2 hours before swimming.
